It can also be rented with basic furniture (new double bed, dining table and chairs). The apartment has a wooden floor and is on the second floor. It includes a sunny, newly renovated apartment-wide balcony with green, unobstructed views. Kitchen has amble storage, electric cooker and oven, sink and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower, wc, sink with a cabinet, mirror cabinet and a washing machine. The building is connected into the cable-TV-system and has an optical fibre.
The apartment includes a warm storage space on the ground floor of the building. On the ground floor, there is also a nicely renovated sauna department available for bookings, a free laundry and drying room, bicycle storage and outdoor equipment storage.
Buses along Länsiväylä provide a fast connection to Otaniemi (10 min) and to the city center (16 min to Kamppi). The bus stop is approx. 400 m away. Niittykumpu metro station is in approx. 1 km, and Haukilahti shopping center in approx. 600 m. The services of Iso Omena and Tapiola are also nearby. You can book your own parking space in the yard (15 €/ month). There is also free parking nearby. The beautiful seafront with beaches, marina, café and restaurant is within about 15 min’s walk.
The tenant makes the electricity contract and takes a home insurance. Smoking is not allowed.
The rent is 680 €/month + 25 €/month per person for. Deposit is 680 € and will be returned at the end of the rental period after the inspection of the apartment.

Vuokrattavana valoisa yksiö erinomaisilla liikenneyhteyksillä Haukilahdessa
