Lähellä on palvelut Alepa 24h, Lidl, Puttes pizza ja MacDonald sekä kampaamoja.
Asuntoon on juuri ostettu uusi jääkaappi ja siellä on muutaman vuoden vanha keraaminen liesi. Pesukoneelle on oma paikka ja suihkutila on myös reilunkokoinen. Asunto vuokrataan ilman huonekaluja. Taloyhtiössä on sauna ja edullisia parkkipaikkoja voi kysyä isännöitsijältä.
Asunto on lämmin, kesällä siihen paistaa aurinko mukavasti.
Toivotaan rauhallista luottotietoista ja joustavaa vuokralaista. Asunnossa pystyy asumaan myös esim. pariskunta. Myös pienet kotieläimet ovat ok.
Vuokravakuus on yhden kuukauden vuokraa vastaava summa.
Vuokralaiselta edellytetään omaa laajaa kotivakuutusta.
Vuokra on 800 euroa + vesimaksu 19 euroa.

STUDIO APARTMENT AT TONTUNMÄKI, ESPOO
The apartment is in a great location right near the Urheilupuisto metro station.
It is 36.5 m2 in size and has a 9 m2 balcony. The home functions almost as a small duplex. This unfurnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building.
From this location, you can reach services: play sports at Esport and the bubble hall, as well as easily reach Otaniemi, the center of Helsinki and other directions by metro, bus or bike.
Nearby are the services Alepa 24h, Lidl, Puttes pizza and MacDonald, as well as hairdressers.
A new refrigerator has just been bought for the apartment and there is a ceramic stove that is a few years old. The washing machine has its own place and the shower room is also a good size. The apartment complex has a sauna and you can ask the property manager for cheap parking spaces.
The apartment is warm, the sun shines comfortably in the summer.
We hope for clean credit report and a flexible tenant. A couple can also live in the apartment. Small pets are also ok.
The rental deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent.
The tenant is required to have her/his own extensive home insurance.
The rent is 800 euros + water fee 19 euros.
