So I'm looking for a flat mate to my 3-bed-room apartment in Malmi. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 12 minutes from down town Helsinki. The living room and the kitchen are fully furnished including dish and washing machines, tv, etc. The flat mate should live in the apartment at least from the beginning of November to the end of May since I am going to study abroad next spring 2013 and Im planning to leave most of my furniture in the apartment for this time period. I have two cats so the flat mate should not be allergic to cats. The rent would be 350 € / month including water and internet.
There is also a possibility I could rent the whole apartment for 2 friends (one bedroom for each) for the time period of November 2012 - May/August 2013. The exact dates are flexible.In this case the rent would be 700 € / month.
