Room for rent in a HOAS shared apartment in Otaniemi, right on the Aalto campus. (MEN ONLY)
I'll be away for an internship and then an exchange, so my room is available from 1 January to 31 August 2027.
The room
- Rent: €450/month, includes water, electricity and internet
- Comes with single bed, table, chair, table lamp, mirror, air cooler, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and laundry bag, plus a kettle, utensils, pots and pans
- Deposit: €450 (one month's rent)
- Size: 17.5 m²
The apartment
- 51 m²: two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a French balcony
- One male flatmate: very quiet and easy-going; I only see him a couple of times a week
- Bookable sauna and laundry room, bike storage
- Servinkuja 5 A, Otaniemi: 15 min walk to Aalto University metro, then under 15 min by metro to central Helsinki
Who I'm looking for
- Male only (HOAS rule: a room in a shared flat goes to someone of the same gender as the flatmate)
- One person, for the whole period, 1.1.2027 to 31.8.2027
- No pets (HOAS rule for shared flats)
We sign HOAS's written secondary tenancy agreement, which I submit to HOAS. Rent is paid monthly by bank transfer.
To apply, message me with your name, what you study or do, and a few words about yourself. Viewing in person or by video call.
