The sofa and its mechanism are perfectly functional. However the cat scratched the corners and the sofa is overall quite dusty from being unused and require a cleaning. The sofa is heavy and there is one staircase in the house, I recommend bringing additional porters.
If you don't have a car or the possibility to tow a trailer, we can tow it to your house if you pay for the trailer and fuel (about 20€) but we will still need porters to help with carrying.
