Hi! I’m going on an Erasmus exchange and I’m subletting my room in a shared apartment in Sörnäinen, just 2 minutes from the metro.
Dates: 10 September → 1 February (fixed-term sublet)
️ Room: ~18 m², furnished
Rent: €600/month, all bills included (utilities + Wi‑Fi)
Area: Sörnäinen – super connected and convenient
♀️ Flatmate: 22, Italian, Art Student, she is calm and respectful
About the sublet :
This is a sublet of my room while I’m away for Erasmus, you’ll share the flat with my friend (not renting the whole apartment). I remain the main tenant; we’ll sign a simple sublet agreement for the period. :)
