Hi there ! We are Vida and Lotta, 2 housemates renting out a room (12m2) in our cozy shared apartment (75,5m2) in Jätkäsaari. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center and 5 minutes away from the metro that runs to Aalto. Metro Ruoholahti and Tram 8 is 450m away (5 minutes walk). Trams 7 and 9 are less than 300m away (3-minute walk). K-Market and Alepa are one block away. S-Market and Ruoholahti Kauppakeskus are right across the Metro.
Our apartment is spacious with 3 rooms, one bathroom, one toilet, a shared kitchen and dining area, and two fun flatmates. A visit to view the apartment is possible. The rent is 581 €.
We have a sauna slot, laundry room, and club room available to use in the shared common space of the apartment complex.
We like to spend time together in the kitchen and sometimes cook together and have brunch! <3
