We're subleasing a furnished room from a three-person apartment in Munkkiniemi, Hollantilaisentie!
Rent 569 €/month incl. water + shared electricity bill (approx 15-20€/month). The renter is expected to get a home insurance for the duration of the stay.
Beginning of the contract March 1st 2026, minimum 3 months but long-term preferred. One month deposit for fixed-term contracts, two months for long-term contracts.
Includes a bedroom and shared spaces: the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a spacious living room. The bedroom can be rented furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference - there's plenty of storage space and we can move furniture around to accommodate yours.
Appliances, such as dishwasher, laundry machine, microwave and other shared kitchen appliances and dishware are included.
Two Finnish roommates (Aalto and a Helsinki university students), a mixed-gender household and a queer friendly space :) No pets living in the apartment currently!
Calm and good location 15 minutes (4 km) by the bus (52, 510) from the campus! The tram to the centre stops in front of the house, too.
