Size: 11 sq. meters + 3 sq mts walk-in closet
Comes with a tall cupboard and a walk-in closet.
Furnished and with a study desk, chair and a bed.
Rent fee included utilities: Water, WiFi, and use washing machine. Electricity would be split as per usage.
Kitchen
Has all the needed amenities.
Cooking utensils and dishwasher.
Apartment
Has a sauna. So enjoy as you like.
TV in the living room.
Balcony for fresh air.
For cleaning Robot-vacuum cleaner can be used
Location & Accessibility:
Conveniently located in Kannelmäki, just a 1-2 minute walk to the train station with direct trains to the city center (20 mins) Pasila (15 mins), and the airport (25 mins)
1-2 minute walk to bus stops for:
Bus 56 (direct to Helsinki University Kumpula campus, 30 mins)
Bus 52 (direct to Aalto Otaniemi campus, 30 mins)
Nearby Amenities:
K-Market are just a 1-2 minute walk away
Myyrmanni shopping mall is 7 mins by train
