Which furniture and other things the tenant needs can be agreed, I can remove some things- also whether they would be able to water my plants. :) Other bills (electricity per use, wifi) not included but can be added upon agreement.
The apartment is small, 21m2, but has a decent sized bathroom with shower and laundry machine. There's 140cm bed, tv, oven, stovetop, microwave, all basic necessary utensils. There's a shared sauna for tenants on Mondays for free in the building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, no elevator.
Located in the lively Kallio, Helsinki. Nearest metro is Sörnäinen, 600m walk, and from there it takes 16 min to Aalto University station. City center under 5 min. Lmk if you got any questions and introduce yourself!
