Hi there! We are Vida and Lotta, 2 housemates renting out a furnished room in our cozy shared apartment in Jätkäsaari (Selkämerenkatu 18). The apartment is walking distance to the city center and 5 minutes away from the metro that runs to Aalto. Our apartment is spacious with 3 rooms, one bathroom, one toilet, shared kitchen and dining area and two fun flatmates Visit to view the apartment is possible.
We will be renting out 2 rooms, as one of us is moving out and one is going for an exchange in the summer. We're renting out preferably a minimum of 4 months (flexible), starting from the 1st of June, with the possibility of renewing long-term. The apartment is on the ground floor, and we have a semi-outdoor (glass balcony) ground terrace (the best part of the apartment in the summer!). We have a sauna slot, laundry room, and club room available to use in the shared common space of the apartment complex.
Metro Ruoholahti and Tram 8 is 450m away (5 minutes walk). Trams 7 and 9 are less than 300m away (3-minute walk). K-Market and Alepa one block away. S-Market and Ruoholahti Kauppakeskus right across the Metro. Bus 21 also runs nearby.
