A shared apartment is looking for a roommate at Hollantilaisentie, Helsinki! The distance to the Aalto campus is 4 km (on average under 20 mins by bus).
Rent 569 € + shared electricity bill, rent deposit is one month. Rent period starts from December/January, the exact date is flexible. Looking to rent for until June but longer or shorter leases are also possible with negotiation :)
There are currently two other people in the apartment, one Master's student from University of Helsinki and one Bachelor's/Master's student from Aalto university (me!). Meanwhile home is a place to rest for us, we also enjoy spending time together chatting or over sharing a meal. We're a queer friendly household!
The lease includes a furnished bedroom, and shared living spaces such as the kitchen, bathrooms and a spacious living room. In case you'd like to bring your own furniture, we can of course make space for your own items too!
Rent includes water. Renter has to get a home insurance for the duration of the stay. Also also possibility for sauna every Friday.
