Furnished Room in Shared Apartment (Jan-Apr/Jun) - Otaranta

I'm renting my room from 6/7 January until Apr/Jun, as I'll be working abroad. The apartment is located in Otaranta 8, 10 minutes walking from the centre of the campus. It has four rooms, a kitchen and living room (not separated), a toilet and a bathroom. The rent per month is 338.05€ (unless it is raised by AYY), with water, electricity and internet included, but no insurance.
