There is also a club room that can be rented for parties and events (free). The apartment is located on 4 floors, and it is accessible by elevator. The nearest shopping centre (Niitty) is within a 5-minute walk and from there you will find a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants.
The apartment has a private terrace overlooking the courtyard. Large windows bring a lot of light and space to this modern apartment. The open kitchen in the living room is spacious. It includes a freezer, a large refrigerator, as well as an oven and a stove. A partition separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. There is storage space in the mirrored cabinets in the hallway and a wardrobe shelf in the bedroom. The bathroom has a washing machine with dryer.
