Great location with 4min walking to Matinkylä Metro and 4min to the Iso Omena shopping centre with big supermarkets and all the fashion stores. Only couple of metro stops from Aalto University and 15min walk to the beautiful Espoo beach boulevard.
28m2, second floor. You will have your own small kitchen and own bathroom. The condominium has saunas and washing machines you can reserve for free!
This is a HOAS-studio, so the rent is significantly lower than would be in the private market, only 524€/month + electricity according to usage (about 30€/month).
A home owner's insurance is required for the tenant for the stay (will be about 15€ per month). If the tenant breaks anything during the stay, the fixing cost must be paid to the owner.
No pets, no smoking, I believe HOAS only allows 1 tenant to stay. Importantly, the tenant must stay for the whole period from 1.9 - 31.12.2024. It is possible to start few weeks earlier or move away few weeks later. I will personally be doing exchange studies in Spain meanwhile.
