Vuokraamme asuntomme Espoon Soukassa ainakin elokuusta marraskuun loppuun (mahdollisesti muutaman kuukauden pidempäänkin, tämä selviää syksyn aikana). Vuokraamme asunnon ensisijaisesti kalustettuna.
- 77 m2 (3h+k+kph+lasitettu parveke), mutta vuokrataan mieluiten vain n. 63 m2 (kaksiona), jolloin toinen makuuhuoneista/työhuone jää meidän käyttöön varastotilaksi (ks. pohjapiirros)
- 4. krs (hissitalo), läpitalon asunto, lasitettu parveke etelään
- Kaikki asunnon pinnat uusittu ja kylpyhuone remontoitu viime vuosina
- 500 m lähimmälle metroasemalle, metromatka n. 25 min Kamppiin ja vain n. 15 min Otaniemeen/Tapiolaan/Keilaniemeen
- Lenkki- ja luontopolut ja uimaranta lähellä (talvella myös avanto!)
- Lähin ruokakauppa 300 m, Kauppakeskus Lippulaivassa (alle 2 km) lisää kauppoja ja palveluita. Rauhallinen sijainti, lähellä ei ole suuria autoteitä.
Kk-vuokra on neuvoteltavissa ja riippuu vuokrattavasta pinta-alasta (kaksio vai kolmio) ja vuokra-ajan pituudesta. n. 1000-1400 €/kk
We are renting our apartment in Soukka, Espoo from the beginning of August to the end of November (and possibly a few months longer, which will be confirmed in the fall). We rent the apartment preferably furnished.
- 77 m2 (2 bedrooms+living room+kitchen+bathroom+ glazed balcony) - but preferably rented with just 1 bedroom (approx. 63 m2) (see "optional extra bedroom" in the layout picture)
- 4th floor (elevator), windows to the north and south, glazed balcony to the south
- All surfaces of the apartment and the bathroom renovated recently
- 500m to the nearest subway station, approx. 25 min to Kamppi and approx. 15 min to Otaniemi/Tapiola/Keilaniemi by subway
- 300m to the nearest grocery store, and more shops and services can be found at the shopping mall Lippulaiva (less than 2 km away). You can also find plenty of jogging and nature trails nearby, as well as a beach - with an ice-swimming spot in the winter! Quiet location, no highways nearby.
The amount of the monthly rent is negotiable and it depends on the amount of rooms rented (1 or 2 bedrooms) and the length of the rental period. About 1000-1400€/month.
