The apartment has a good floor plan, which includes an entrance hall, two large bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet, a smaller bedroom/study, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. Rooms are bright and the balcony has nice views of the backyard. The apartment also has plenty of closet space. If necessary, the cellar is available to the tenant. Shared facilities in the housing company include two bicycle rooms, a laundry room, and a shared sauna.
The location is excellent in Leppävaara Espoo. The stop of bus 555 is just 5-min walk away where you can take a 15-min bus ride to the Aalto campus in Otaniemi. It's fairly close to both the Leppävaara train station and Keha/Ring I, which means you can quickly get to downtown Helsinki and other different areas in Helsinki, by train or by car. You will also find a wide range of services within a stone's away, such as Sello, various sports facilities in Leppävaaran urheilupuisto, and a swimming hall.
The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Or you could purchase the furniture from the current tenants at a very reasonable price, including beds, study desks, sofas, dining table and chairs, carpets, curtains, a washing machine, etc.
The area is very kid-friendly with many playgrounds and other families with kids in the neighborhood. Daycares and schools are within walking distance.
The apartment will be available from 31.1.2022 onwards. We are happy to offer this to a long term tenant but also a shorter stay is possible. Minimum is 6 months. Rent deposit is 2 months rent. Water fee 15 € / person / month. The tenant enters into his own electricity contract but we can help with that. Home insurance is required and the tenant's credit information is checked.
