Etsin vuokralaista kalustettuun asuntooni vuodeksi 2014 (ja mahdollisesti pidempään). Asuin itse asunnossa opintojeni ajan ja sijainti on ihanteellinen jos haluaa olla lähellä Otaniemeä mutta silti saada myös omaa rauhaa. Etsin asunnolle vuokralaista sillä olen itse muuttanut ulkomaille.
Asunto itsessään on juuri remontoitu, tyylikäs 52,5m2 kaksio. Reilun kokoisen olohuoneen lisäksi asunnossa on keittokomero, sekä erinomainen tila työpisteelle.
Asunnosta löytyy valokuitu, astianpesukone sekä painonnostopenkki. Vuokraan kuuluu vesilasku mutta sähkö ja laajakaista vuokraajan tulee hankkia itse. Vuokraajalta edellytetään myös kotivakuutusta.

I'm looking for a tenant to my apartment for the year 2014 (and possibly longer). I lived in the apartment during my studies and the location is great if you want to be close to Otaniemi but still have your own privacy and peace. I'm looking for a tenant because I have moved overseas.
The apartment is recently renovated, stylish 52,5m2 one-bedroomer. In addition to large living room, the apartment holds a kitchenette and an excellent space for a study room.
The apartment also has an optical fibre for fast internet access, a dish washer and a weight lifting bench. The rent covers the water charge but the tenant needs to make electricity and internet contracts. You should also have a home insurance.
