Renting out room for Dec 15-Jan 15 (dates negotiable)

I would like to sublet my AYY 19m2 apartment in Jamerantaival 6 for the period December 15, 2013-January 15, 2014 as I will be going home to Jamaica. The rent is 326 euro. I can negotiate the start date if needed. The room is furnished and it has a shared bathroom with one student and a kitchen which is shared with other students.
