The apartment is clean & tidy. The exact address is Maapadontie 5, Helsinki. There are several bus stops close to the building (e.g. Bus 550, Bus 72), it is very convenient to go to Otaniemi, Viikki or to downtown Helsinki.
The rent is 290euro/months, including everything (water, electricity, internet). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine. Free Sauna is also available in the building.
