I’m subletting my furnished apartment in Puotila for the duration of my exchange next spring, approx. Jan – May 2013. The studio apartment is owned by AYY and can therefore only be rented to another member of AYY. The studio is located in a calm neighborhood in Puotila, just 200 meters from the metro that takes you to the city center in less than 20 minutes. The rent 450,85€/month includes water and internet. If needed, I can leave some kitchenware etc. for the subtenant’s use. The studio is on the 3th floor and has good size kitchen, balcony, large bathroom and alcove to be used as a bedroom.
