Important Requirements & Schedule
- You must be a member of the Aalto University Student Union (AYY) to rent this apartment.
- For incoming exchange students: Joining is easy and costs 32.00 € for the autumn semester. Once you receive your Aalto student number, you can simply request the payment instructions from Aalto Student Services at opiskelijapalvelut@aalto.fi.
- Schedule: Because AYY requires the sublease agreement to be registered at least 1 month before the rental starts, we need to sign the contract by June 20th at the latest.
- Payments: The deposit must be paid upon signing the contract to officially secure the apartment for you. The first rent payment will be due in July before your move-in.
