The apartment is rented preferably for a long term tenant, but we can also agree on minimum of 5-6 months lease. Lease start date can be agreed to begin between 15th of January and 1st of February. Apartment is suitable for 1 to 2 persons.

A better location is hard to find! So central, but still so calm. If you want to experience living in the Helsinki city center, this is a perfect opportunity for you! This apartment is located at the end of the street, on the edge of Kaisaniemi park. All transport connections are around the corner. However, the apartment is incredibly peaceful. The windows are to the courtyard and walking street, there is no car trafic. You walk:
- 5 min (400m) to Helsinki Railway Station (airport connection)
- 1 min (70 meters) to the University of Helsinki metro, bus and tram
- 1 min walk to the University of Helsinki and 13 minutes by metro to the Aalto University
There is a roof top terrace with stunning views over Helsinki city center, it is in shared use and free of charge. There is also a cozy shared laundry room and a sauna for a small fee. If necessary, a storage can also be arranged free of charge.
The tenant pays the water fee (€25/person/month) and electricity according to usage. Credit history must be in order, no smoking is allowed in the apartment.
