A 42 m² furnished apartment is available from October 26, 2025 to November 28, 2025. The address is Ranataharju 10 G, 188, near Matinkylä. The rent for the apartment is usually 653 euros/month, but I am offering it for 550 euros for the mentioned period.
If you have a car and need parking, I also have indoor parking available. The parking normally costs 38 euros/month, but I can offer it for 20 euros for the same period.

Thank you. We can also negotiate if you need the apartment for the whole month of November. In Finland, new apartments typically become available on the first working day of the month, so I am flexible if you are facing this issue.
