The apartment has two bedrooms. You have your own bedroom, but you share kitchen and bathroom with only one housemate. Note: the housemate is a female tenant.
The apartment size is 54 sqm. and your private room is about 20 sqm. Your room is "a furnished room" with basic stuffs (see pictures). The bathroom stuff, kitchen stuff, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and stove are available in apartment as the common equipment.
Rent: 570 euros per month (excludes water and electricity). Note: The basic water and electricity fees is 70 euros monthly. The Internet WiFi can be arranged for 19,90 euros per month.
Location is near Espoo centre (Espoonkeskus), address is “Sokinvuorenrinne 4, Espoo”. It has easy transportation to anywhere by local train and bus.
