We have a house to rent as of immediate effect in Nuottaniemi area of Espoo. It is close to Matinkylä metro and Iso Omena with a short metro journey to Otaniemi and Aalto University campus, and Helsinki city centre, and also close to the sea with lovely outdoor facilities.
The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna, big kitchen dining and living area, large terrace, parking for up to three cars. There is also a guest room and a large activity room (gym or other use).
The house is part furnished and double beds in each room, desks, chairs, sofa, dining table etc. There is also a washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and other basic kitchen equipment such as frying pans and cooking pots.
There is a fast broadband internet connection but tenants would need to get their own Telia or other broadband subscription.
Rent is eur 2700 per month plus bills. This can be split between up to four students - eur 675 per month if four students, eur 900 if three students. Bills are very reasonable (water, electricity). We can also discuss a slightly reduced rent if a single family or a couple is interested in renting.
I can show the house weekend of 12-14.9 - other times we can arrange viewings through family members.
Neighbours are lovely but as it is a quiet neighbourhood we would ask for no parties, no smoking or antisocial behaviour.
