Furnished room from shared apartment

Hi! I'm going for exchange and I'm subletting my apartment from 1st of February until the end of June. (dates are not that strict)

Information about the apartment:
- for female only
- shared apartment with 1 other girl
- there will be a 200x140cm bed in the room
- 18 m^2 (own room) + shared kitchen + 1 shared bathroom. The apartment has 45m^2 in total.
- location: Servin Maijan tie 12, about 1 km from Aalto University
- rent: on February 281€ and changes to 284€ per moth on May.
- requirement: no pets, have to have a home insurance
