Each room is 15m² (the apartment is 90m² in total) with shared access to a bathroom and WC, living room, kitchen, and balcony. Most windows are south-west facing (only the bedroom window faces north-east towards Sinebrychoff park). The building also offers a sauna, swimming pool, and gym!

24h Alepa, S-Market, Alko and pharmacy within the range of 200m. Close to Kamppi and Ruoholahti metro stations (commute to Otaniemi 25min) as well as many trams and buses.
One room is already taken, now looking for two new roommates.
