Oletko tulossa opiskelemaan tai työskentelemään Aalto yliopistoon? Vuonna 2021 remontoitu, valoisa, vaaleasävyinen 24 m2 yksiö erinomaisella sijainnilla odottaa uutta asukastaan Espoon Tapiolassa. Asunto sijaitsee Kaskenkaatajantiellä noin 2 km päässä Aalto yliopistosta. Asunto voidaan vuokrata kalustettuna tai ilman kalusteita.
Tapiola sijaitsee Espoon ja Helsingin rajalla Länsiväylän kupeessa. Se on tunnettu vehreänä puutarhakaupunginosana. Arkkitehti Viljo Revellin piirtämä ja vuonna 1958 valmistunut talo sijaitsee rauhallisen ja vehreän pikkukadun varrella. Talon vierestä alkaa laaja puistoalue Kaskiniitty monine liikuntamahdollisuuksineen.
Myös Tapiolan kulttuuritarjonta on lähellä. Kivenheiton päässä asunnosta sijaitsee näyttelykeskus WeeGee eli Espoon modernin taiteen museo, Emma sekä Espoon kaupunginmuseo.
Urheilupuiston metroasemalle on 600 metriä ja Tapiolan metroasemalle 1,2 km. Kaikki Tapiolan kattavat palvelut kuten kauppakeskus Ainoa ja tavaratalo Stockmann ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Lähin bussipysäkki on muutaman sadan metrin päässä.
Asunto on valoisa isojen nauhaikkunoiden ansiosta. Näkymät ovat vehreälle kadulle. Asuntoon paistaa ilta-aurinko. Kuten kuvista näkyy, huoneisto on ensimmäisessä asuinkerroksessa, mutta ei katutasossa.
Keittiö on remontoitu vuonna 2021. Keittiössä on liesi, uuni, liesituuletin, jääkaappi sekä runsaasti kaappitilaa. Koko asuntoon on asennettu uusi laminaattilattia. Asunnossa on lattialämmitys.
Asunnossa on putkiremontin yhteydessä remontoitu ja kauttaaltaan laatoitettu kylpyhuone suihkulla. Kylpyhuoneeseen mahtuu myös pyykinpesukone. Pyykin voi pestä kätevästi ilmaiseksi myös kerrosta alempana samassa portaassa sijaitsevassa taloyhtiön pesutuvassa.
Säilytystilaa tuovat eteisen komero, vaatenaulakko sekä olohuoneen vaatekaappi. Asunnolla on myös oma kellarikomero. Polkupyörälle löytyy paikka taloyhtiön ulkoiluvälinevarastosta.
Vuokralaisen käytössä on DNA netti 25 M.
Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan ja pitämään kotivakuutuksen vastuuvakuutuksella. Asuntoa voi vuokrata toistaiseksi voimassa olevalla sopimuksella tai määräajaksi. Ei lemmikkieläimiä. Asunnossa ei saa tupakoida. Vuokralaisen luottotiedot tarkistetaan.

Are you coming to study or work at Aalto University? A bright, light-toned 24 m² studio, renovated in 2021 and located in an excellent area, is waiting for its new tenant in Tapiola, Espoo. The apartment is located on Kaskenkaatajantie, about 2 km from Aalto University. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
Tapiola is located near the border between Espoo and Helsinki, right next to the Länsiväylä highway. It is known as a green garden district. The building, designed by architect Viljo Revell and completed in 1958, is situated on a peaceful and leafy side street. A large park area, Kaskiniitty, with many recreational opportunities, starts right next to the building.
Tapiola's cultural offerings are also close by. Just a stone's throw from the apartment is the WeeGee Exhibition Centre, home to the Espoo Museum of Modern Art (EMMA) and the Espoo City Museum.
The Urheilupuisto metro station is 600 meters away, and the Tapiola metro station is 1.2 km away. All of Tapiola’s services, such as the Ainoa shopping center and Stockmann department store, are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just a few hundred meters away.
The apartment is bright thanks to its large ribbon windows. The view overlooks a green street, and the apartment gets the evening sun. As you can see in the pictures, the apartment is on the first residential floor but not at street level.
The kitchen was renovated in 2021 and includes a stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge, and plenty of cupboard space. New laminate flooring has been installed throughout the apartment, and there is underfloor heating.
The bathroom was renovated during the plumbing renovation and is fully tiled with a shower. There is space for a washing machine in the bathroom, but you can also conveniently do laundry for free in the building’s laundry room, located one floor down.
Storage space includes a closet in the hallway, a coat rack, and a wardrobe in the living room. The apartment also has its own storage room in the basement, and there is a place for a bicycle in the building's outdoor equipment storage.
The tenant has access to DNA internet (25 Mbps).
The tenant agrees to take out and maintain home insurance with liability coverage. The apartment can be rented either with an open-ended contract or for a fixed term. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The tenant’s credit history will be checked.
The rent is 720 euros per month, including water.
