Hi!
I am #offering a room in a 73m2 apartment in Otaniemi campus. The house was renovated recently and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace (floorplan attached). The house and room are fully furnished. It also has dishwasher, washer machine and air fryer.

LOCATION: Servinkuja 3A
RENT per month: 748 + electricity (around 13€ per month, but depends on usage). Unfortunately the room is part of the private market so its not under student price
