The room in rent is about 15 m2. The renter(s) can also freely use the living room and kitchen (dining room). There are two restrooms, one with shower place. Washing machine is available. There is also public laundry room in the building. Various kitchen appliances are available.

Address is Lansantie 23A A9. The apartment is located in a quiet area. Alepa shop is just a few steps away, where you can buy food and everyday stuff from 7am to 11pm. Walking to Kilo or Mankka K-SuperMarket is about 10 minutes. Walking to Kilo railway station is about 10 minutes. Just near Alepa there is Bus 110, by which you can reach Leppävaara, Tapiola, and Kamppi. By public transportation it takes about 20 minutes to Otaniemi.
The monthly rent is 450 EUR, including water, electricity, Internet and TV. Damage deposit is 450 EUR. There is one hour sauna time on Saturday evenings.
