Unfurnished room in 2 room shared apartment in Tapiola (Included cupboard in the photo but other furniture are not included). The room can be rented with or without furniture.
The apartment has 2 separate rooms and shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also access to a laundry room, drying room and a sauna in the building.
Around 13 minute walking to Ainoa mall and Tapiola metro station. The nearest bus stop is 200 m away (bus 111). Around 20 minute to Alto using metro, bus 510, or bus 111.

-Total rent: 450e/m/room, including charges of water, electricity.

- Deposit : 2 month rent (refundable)
- Available : starting 1st November
Long term; fixed period of one year (could be negotiated). But not less than 6 months

Your roommate will be male exchange student at Aalto University.
