The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story house and is fully furnished. It includes furniture, carpets, curtains, TV, wifi router, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and toaster. Bed linen and kitchen utensils are also included in the price.
The apartment has a good floor plan, which includes an entrance hall, a large bedroom, and a smaller bedroom/study, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area, a bathroom and a sauna, and a separate toilet. Rooms are bright and the windows have green views of the parkland. The apartment also has plenty of closet space and the kitchen has, for example, a refrigerated wine cabinet. If necessary, the cellar is available to the tenant.
From the living room you can step directly onto the covered terrace and the small sunny courtyard. There is a wooden fence around the yard. The terrace faces west and the courtyard to the south. If you wish, you can create your own herb cultivation here, for example.
The location is excellent in Helsinki. You can go out directly from your own yard to the large park areas, the forests of the central park, or the sea. The area is very quiet and cozy with many vegetable and flower plots bordering the park. 400m away, however, you will find a wide range of services such as a high-quality supermarket K-market Fortuna with a large selection, Posti, Alko, and restaurant Feltbay. Both Mannerheimintie and Paciuksenkatu bus and tram stops are about 500 m away, which means you can quickly get to different parts of central Helsinki. Thanks to the central location, there are good connections to major highways and the airport.
There are parking spaces at Tilkankatu Parking. The parking company rents spaces from Fortuna Hall as well as outdoor spaces in three boom areas along Hilda Flodin's alley and along Tilkankatu. The charging point of the electric car is located about 400 m away. There are also 2h parking spaces along the street.
The area is very child-friendly with many playgrounds and large lawns. Kindergartens and schools are within walking distance.
The housing cooperative is well maintained and the facade renovation has just been done. Shared facilities include a bicycle cellar, laundry room, clubhouse and a sheltered courtyard.
The apartment will be available from 1.1.2022 onwards, or the rental could start also on 1.2.2022. We are happy to offer this to a long term tenant but also shorter stay is possible. Minimum is 3 months. Rent deposit is 2 months rent. Water fee 23 € / person / month. The tenant enters into his own electricity contract but we can help with that. Wifi fee (DNA Optical Fiber Plus, 100 M) 10 € / month.
No pets are allowed, and smoking (including in the yard) is strictly prohibited.
