The location is Joupinmaenkulma 3 where the bus stop is less than 30 meters away and Tuomarila rail station is about 6 hundred meters so an ideal place for most of the city travel.
The utility charges are separate and include electricity and internet. Theor basic use can be considered in the rent though.
